Mawlamyine Information

It takes a time for 2 - 2.5 hours from Mawlamyaine by a motorcycle, Kyaikkhami Yae Le Pagoda is. This pagoda, the temple is by the sea, the pagoda changes the impression with the tide fullness. The recommendation degree to go with Mawlamyine is very high.

Pa-Auk Forest Meditation Center is, taking a time around 30 mins from Mawlamyaine city is a meditation center. A lot of people who are interested in monks other than Myanmar, meditation etc, are famous and recommended tourist spots in Myanmar.

Zin Kyaik Waterfall is located between Mawlamyine and Thaton. In the dry season, there is no water, so you should not go to the waterfall, but rainy season is good for you. There is no beach near Mawlamyine, so Mawlamyine people come to swim in rainy season.

It is Setse Beach, Silver Beach, which is about 2 - 2.5 hours  from Mawlamyine. I will not go to the resort, but to enjoy the sea bath at Mawlamyine will be this setse beach. Also nearby is Kyaikkhami Yae Le Pagoda .

Kyauk Ta Lone Pagoda Taung Mountain is near Sleeping Reclining Big Budha. The view from the top of the mountain and pagoda is relly good. When you have a time and want to exercise, you should try.
