I think that if you go to either Set se beach or Kyaikkami Yae Le Pagoda, or both to go, you can come back to Mawlamyine in one day trip, but you go through other sightseeing spots. When going by rental motorcycle, I recommend that you come back to near Mawlamyine city until sunset. There are no street lights on the main road, and in the evening, many bugs fly towards the lights of motorcycle at night.
